Contests have been the new craze throughout the blogopshere, but how do you advertise your contest? If you have sponsors they could write a blog post on their blog, but there are other methods. Ever thought of advertising your contest on blogs dedicated to introducing readers to blog contests? I’ve put together a list of 5 blogs that will advertise your contest FOR FREE.

1) The Contest Blogger Forum: This blog/forum may be the most well-rounded forum when it comes to contests. If you register with the forum you are able to post your contest in categories such as “Blog Contests“, “Cash Prize Online Contests”, “Online Sweepstakes”, or “General Online Contests”. Even if you don’t advertise your contest, the forum has other categories to check out ranging from “Free Samples” to “Free Software Downloads”. The Contest Blogger also holds a contest monthly that you just subscribe and could win $100.

2) About Blog Contests: This blog introduces readers to new contests daily through blog posts. In order to advertise your contest with this blog, you must send your graphic (125×125), and it’ll be added to the sidebar. Your contest graphic will then be rotated on a deadline basis: contest ending soon, will be featured first and then the other ones.
