The Daily Dollar Report Earnings Report (October 2008)

Online earnings, not including investments (for another month) where better than I expected. Traffic stats have increased, but due to the Technorati reset, my authority and ranking dropped back a little bit. My subscriber count has been acting weird lately with Feedburner, but that’s nothing new with their service. Subscriber count is not a major factor for this blog and more than the amount of traffic. I actually has another form of income this month that can hopefully translate into more earnings in the future. Here are October’s earnings and statistics:

All amounts are as of November 3rd, 2008.

Traffic Report

RSS Subscriber Count: 28
Alexa Ranking: 168,435
Compete Ranking: 670,430
Technorati Ranking: 57,843
Technorati Authority: 94
Quantcast Rank: 1,683,151
Google PageRank: 2

Investments Services

Scottrade Balance (October): $1,281.45 Balance (November 1): $1,281.45 Profit/Loss: $0.00
Updown.com - $0.66

Private Advertisement Sales - $10.00

Paid Blogging

Digital Journal - $23.20
PayU2Blog - $70.00

Contest Prizes

SlyVisions - $2.00

Total Amount Earned From Investment Services: $0.66

Investing income has been put on hold until I can gather some more cash to put into my investment account to allow myself to trade more. I should be able to resume around December.

Total Amount Earned: $105.86

This month PayU2Blog was quite generous to me when it came to assignments. I have some plans to start earnings from a variety of other services, but I haven’t had the time to put my plan to work. I also joined Digital Journal to earn additional income from writing articles, and it’s worked out quite well. Now the earnings may seem low, but I only wrote about 6-7 articles. Do the math and you’ll see how much the service is really worth. I continue to enter in tons of blog contests and hope to one day hit a jackpot in prizes, but I’m happy with my earnings.

November 2008 Outlook

Looking at the stats for October, I hope that the traffic stats continue to increase and my earnings start to show their true potential. Once the break from school comes along (around December 10th or so), I plan to rollout a variety of new websites toward my network and get my niche sites up and running. In doing this, I hope to double or even triple my online income. This may sound crazy, but it’s possible. As long I earn enough to pay rent then I’m happy. :) Until then, I hope you all continue to visit The Daily Dollar Report to learn, earn, and report daily!

@Sly I believe I won it in a contest to be honest LOL I saw the transaction in my PayPal account and completely forgot about it.

@Kouji I’ll be releasing the niche marketing information on my other website once it’s complete. This blog is more toward blog contests so I’ll have a separate blog for how I’ve made money in different niches.
