As a current blog owner, replying to comments can be enjoyable, but at times a drag. Committing to every comment made on any one blog can be difficult. One thing is clear when it comes to comments: It’s a good problem to have a ton of comments to reply to!
The iReply Movement, created by Mark Sierra of MeAndMyDrum, was motivated to tell his readers that his blog is a place that encourage discussion on any and every topic. To show his motivation he created this image to spread the word of his movement. He doesn’t require anyone to use the image or join his movement, though he would appreciate a link back to his original post.
Have you joined the iReply Movement? I’ve already shown my support my putting his image in my sidebar. Hopefully you all do the same in support of replying to every comment your blog encounters.
I still haven’t implemented this on my blog. Like the Dofollow campaign, this is also a good way of interacting with the blog’s readers.
